Let’s start with how you feel

Something feels different.
You don’t have to guess.

Changes in how you feel can have many causes. Exploring your health with a qualified clinician can help you understand what’s going on.

Running on empty

Less energy for the things that usually keep you going.

Feeling off your game

Changes in mood, motivation or your sense of well-being.

A shift in your drive

A lower interest in sex or changes in sexual health.

Changes in your body

Differences in strength, recovery or body composition.

These experiences alone do not confirm low testosterone. A clinical assessment and appropriate testing are needed.

The care journey

Less complicated.
More considered.

Start with the basics, then have a conversation about your individual health.

What is TRT?

Testosterone replacement therapy is a prescription treatment for appropriately diagnosed testosterone deficiency. A licensed clinician determines whether it is suitable after reviewing symptoms, testing and medical history.

Does feeling tired mean I have low testosterone?

No. Fatigue and other symptoms can have many causes. A clinical assessment helps determine which investigations and next steps are appropriate.

Can I start without blood work?

Testosterone treatment requires an appropriate medical assessment and blood testing. Northstride does not diagnose conditions or issue prescriptions. Those decisions belong to the treating clinical professional.

What should I discuss before treatment?

Discuss your health history, medications, fertility plans, potential benefits, risks and ongoing monitoring with your clinician. TRT can reduce sperm production and may not be appropriate for everyone.

How much will care cost?

Pricing depends on each client’s individual needs. We can discuss this further during the consultation process, including any consultation, testing, medication and follow-up costs.

Can I book a Northstride appointment now?

You can request a consultation using our online form. Share your contact details and province so your request can be reviewed. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or guarantee treatment.
